Finally! On the 1st of september we will release the new DVD of ricoloop, with more then 2 hours of material! The journeys are a collection of live concerts, nature sessions, blackbox jams, loopstation lessons & experiments from the last 2 years! Additionally to all the videomaterial we present, you will find as well a set of 7 mp3.tracks on this DVD, which you can easily listen to in your computer or burn them to CD! Hi my friends around the world!! Thanks for visiting my website and enjoying my music ! Since the 10th of January i am living on Ibiza. It's an island in the Baleares, Mediteranean sea. I rented a house in the mountains with a garden, good neighbours and lots of space and the sea. I already love it here and i dont wanna go away ;) I posted some new pictures in the Gallery:))) Please check them out! I started to work on recording and producing ricoloop! its a lot of fun cause there is so much to do!!! Sometimes i just need to learn the balance between work and holiday.. ;) But it's good to be motivated and that the suroundings support you in a healthy way!Manu (my manager) keeps it all up in Berlin and without him i couldnt relax as much as i am.We are planning a colorful summer and from day to day it paints its adventures!Soon i will be posting a new podcast! also put up more audio and video :)anyway... right now... my computer never sleeps :( Thanks to all for supporting me and making all this possible!

"ricoloop" is a "one-man-jam", exploring the entities of music in communication with himself as a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter! A technical tool gives him the possibility to record as much layers or loops as he wants on top of each other, while using many different instruments (incl. his voice) to experiment with many different "worlmusicstyles". All the happens almost in realtime. so that one gets the feeling that he´s jamming with himself. it`s live producing! music is everywhere. it`s just about how you let it take you:) i hopto see you at a concert or get a DVD! |

uiuiui! long ago since i've updated my website! 2007 has been a busy year.. and now i am all on the island and starting with my recordings! its most wonderful here:) Thanks to Lenny (my landlord) i have a big house with a view into a small valley where the sun is getting up every morning to show me how to wake up early. in the afternoon i often go out to the sea with my kayak enjoying it's wonderful coastlines, beaches and caves. My neighbours Eva and Peter are very kind people and take good care of me! well, appart from being alone and trying to write some deep lyrics i enjoy myself and become more beautiful every day! soon i gonna start posting photo's, podcast's with new video's and more songs to download!!! so long... peace and love, your RicO. |
